Units: 1 unit is 15 minutes and units expire after 6 months after the date of purchase.

Our support staff will maintain the confidentiality of your files and data.
We also undertake not to provide any of your information to any third party, except where we are lawfully required to do so.

Please take note that we have the right not have to provide support for any reason.
This includes (but is not limited to) the presence of unlicensed or illegal software on your PC, obscene or pornographic material on your PC or the presence of any material or software that we deem to be unlawful.
Remember, you will still be liable to pay us for our time spent.
We will not be held responsible for any data loss – please make backups of your data beforehand.
Again, if the problem was caused due to matters beyond our control, you will have to pay us for the additional time spent.
